1. The store

By using ellanook.com you agree to these Terms. Ellanook is operated by NOVERA GLOBAL COMMERCE LIMITED (RM B, UNIT 9, 7/F, Wah Shing Centre, No.11 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong). We sell underwear for women, men and kids. Prices are in USD. We may correct errors and update product information.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders (for example stock, pricing error, fraud, or an undeliverable address). Please provide accurate contact and shipping information.

3. Payment and tax

Payment is due at checkout. Prices include shipping and applicable taxes/import charges for our primary markets (US, UK, major EU), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages.

Returns summary: 7-day trust-first try-on after delivery; apply by email with photo or video evidence; in normal cases there is usually no physical return. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.

5. Wholesale

Business buyers may request quotes subject to a USD 200 minimum. Quote or invoice terms control if they conflict with these Terms. Contact sales@ellanook.com.

6. Intellectual property

Site content and branding belong to Ellanook / NOVERA GLOBAL COMMERCE LIMITED or its licensors.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ellanook and NOVERA GLOBAL COMMERCE LIMITED are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site or products.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
